Frederick George Abberline
Frederick George Abberline (8 January 1843 – 10 December 1929) was a British Chief Inspector for the London Metropolitan Police. He is best known for being a prominent police figure in the investigation into the Jack the Ripper serial killer murders of 1888. Several fictional retellings of the events surrounding the Jack the Ripper murders have cast Abberline in a lead role.
