Steam Cloud doesn't work
It appears Steam Cloud doesn't work for this game. The game doesn't seem to use the API for saving and instead only ever saves in the system appropriate folders. I'm sure it's not a major problem for everyone, but moving between Windows and Linux on both my desktop and laptop, I find myself with 4 different save files unless I remember to copy them over manually between the systems - and that's a bit of a problem when I'm not around the desktop to copy the file.

Is there any chance this could be addressed later? In the least, the tag should be removed from the Steam page.

I feel like bumping this, any updates?
+1 Lost progress of beating the game with one character because of this.
I'm still hanging onto hope that I can get my save game back from the Cloud. Otherwise I give up on this game. I'd collected every golden skull on my journey and I reckon I was close to the end.

If the developer isn't going to support the game anymore can they please stop advertising it on the store page as having Steam Cloud support? It's misleading and with the extreme highs and lows that come with this game I think it's only fair. I'm devastated I lost my game...
Ever since i lost progress in this game i've used http://www.gamesave-manager.com/
to backup, and sync my game saves. Would be cool if Steam Cloud support would just get added tho :/
I'm having the same problem. For the longest time I didn't think this game had Steam Cloud support until I came back to the page. Would be great to not have to start over every time and have to unlock the arcade modes when playing with friends.
Any advice on moving the save files for this game? I believe I tried moving them from my new PC to my old and it didn't work. I plan to try again tonight.

Yeah, whatever I tried didn't work. To be honest I had fun re-conquering the game though
