Hacking Doesn't work

I keep on getting puzzles like this- http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=712862287
I have not gotten a single solvable cube. Sometimes the goal is missing, other times the ball doesn't even show up.
After playing around with it I found that the blocks are actually there, but the game doesn't display them, and if you hit one of those blocks, the visualization of the ball will still act like it didn't. Is there a fix for this?

I ran in to the same problem as the OP where neither the ball nor the goal would appear but switching from 4k resolution down to 1080p fixed that for me. I have no idea why, nor is it a perfect solution but it works :)

I haven't finished the game, but I have came across solvable puzzles so far. Can you say what level the issue was on?

Wasn't this puzzle the one you just need to make the glowing ball actually go towards the obstacle blocks so they stop, then you turn the box around until you can see a way to send it towards the next block and line it up to the "goal" block (which seems to be missing in the picture somehow).

Tutorial things should not be impossible to accomplish, its why they have it as the 1st thing to learn the mechanics of any game. Maybe something's missing in your game? Verify cache? See if something's missing in the game files?
